Operator-run read-only current Scout registry metadata. Includes curation state, not safety scores or Kleros endorsement. Excludes ATQ and legacy registries. Source: https://scout-app.kleros.io. A fixed indexer is accessed through an integration-local adapter; no upstream credentials. Signer attests to indexed data, not a Kleros ruling.
Every response carries an EIP-191 signature from the Airnode that served it, so the data can be attributed back to its source rather than trusted on reputation.
